By placing an order with Choco Bloom, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure the best experience for everyone.
All orders are processed subject to availability and schedule capacity. We recommend placing orders for custom cakes at least 2-3 days in advance. An order is only considered confirmed once acknowledged by us on WhatsApp and the required advance payment is received.
Because our products are perishable and made to order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund of the advance payment, as preparation of the ingredients would have already begun.
We offer free delivery up to 2 KM from Urban Estate, Patiala. For distances beyond that, nominal delivery charges will apply depending on the location. Once the product is handed over safely during pickup or delivery, Choco Bloom is no longer liable for any damage or melting caused by mishandling.
